Warranty
Harris Assembly Group requires all shipments to be inspected within 48 hours of their arrival at the customer’s dock. A (30) day warranty is
expressed from the date of receipt.
In the event that, the Product is found to be defective in material, workmanship or agreed specifications, Harris Assembly Group will either
rework it to customer specifications or replace it. There is no warranty on conditions, damage from improper installation, normal wear and tear,
alteration, negligence, or otherwise not arising from defects in materials or workmanship. Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing at the time
of contracting for manufacturing, Harris Assembly Group is not liable for claims made after (30) days.
A return must receive a written RMA from Harris Assembly Group prior to shipment. The RMA must be returned on customer’s shipping account for
evaluation. Upon confirmation of defect post evaluation, reimbursement for shipping will be issued with verification of cost. In the event that
no defect or damage is found outside of Harris Assembly Group’s warranty, the product will be returned on the customer’s account with only the
documentation originally sent by the customer.
